Antique Royal EnfieldWhilst in the museum we had an aircraft crash over our heads without knowing it. We met 12 Fire engines, 12 Police cars and one ambulance all with sirens and lights, as we headed towards Wellington

Loading up a whole heap of Harleys, 80-100 onto Ferry On standby tickets we were lucky to get on the Inter-Islander at 2 PM, to Picton a day earlier than planned in perfect weather, with more than 80 Harley's on deck. Back on the South Island.

A great scenic cruise south We had a great ocean cruise 3.5 hrs to Picton

intoxicating views at Havalok Rolling hills and a rim of forrest against the storms and gales of the ocean Once in Picton, we took a hard right turn for a very scenic route over Havelock and Nelson with a camp over at Ruby Bay at 9 ish PM. Next day we saw naked people around the site, heck we'd ended up in a nudist camp (Mapua Leisure Park). I wondered what the owner thought when I arranged to have my video camera charged in his office the night before.

Anyway, we decided for a different scenery and quickly headed further west.
