My transmission is working, just leaks oil at the crack and allows the bearing inside to spin.   1970 SII Interceptor for sale. Comes with bunch of spares. This bike is 95% original and untouched. I am second owner.
  Before taking the photos (click thumbnail pic)I gave it a QUICK dusting over. It should really clean up nice.Those are the pipes that came on it. I took them off to replace them but never got around to it. That is also a replacement battery cover that I bought. This bike has not been in regular use since 1995!!!
  I also have a spare frame with matching motor (in pieces) with an original title plus some other stuff that came with it.

In her total renovations, Kickan will use the brand new tank she has from Sweden since many, many years. I'll be using My tank from Sweden. All U.S Model. This is a spare tank which we might sell if someone really need a tank. It's sound, no rust, needs a few minor repair, three small dints (see photo) and could use a re-chroming and re-paint of the red strip and black edge.

  This is a collectors item. Professional Hard back soft cover with a 22 ring, ring binder for easy flicking of pages. Open any page and the whole thing lies flat as it supposed to. There are no bad finger marks. You can see the odd faint one but it's basically spotless.
  
  There could not be many copies of this type left in the world one would think
  
  The manual covers some models specifically in sub manuals, but many parts on the models in the sub manuals as well as those not even given a separate sub manuals are common between models.

  For instance on the Front Fork it says :
  Used on Meteor 700, 500 Twin, 500 Bullet, 350 Bullet 1954 onwards.
  The manual goes into great detail with exploded views and not just what to disassemble, but how and important notes for assembly, tolerances and modifications.
  Modern bike manuals don't include exploded views or instructions on how to take apart or service modules like the battery or Generator, like Lucas C35SD, or Model E3LM. It even describes how to build your own Amp meter or special tools. Not having this manual will undoubtably cost you ten times the manual eventually.
  
  Each of the sub manuals comes with extensive exploded views and description full technical specs for the model and a photo looking drawing of the bike
  The Workshop Manual specifically includes:
  

  • Sub manual: Meteor Minor Standard and Deluxe 39 pages.
  • Sub manual: Constellation and Constellation Airflow Cycles 1958-60 16 pages
  • Sub manual: Super Meteor Motor Cycle, 39 pages
  • Sub manual: Meteor 700 and 500 Twin, 54 pages

  All up 148 pages of pure detailed technical gospel.

  This is a 64 page softback published by Floyd Clymer Los Angeles. In the front, the publisher states "This is a reproduction of the official and authentic factory workshop manual, as originally printed in England. It covers completely the necessary procedures of servicing and overhauling the "Interceptor" models. It also covers the servicing of the latest model Indian Chiefs which were built by Enfield before being discontinued by the old Indian Company."
  
  In terms of condition, it is well used, with edges bound in yellowing sellotape placed there before I had it with a briefly-owned Interceptor I crashed in 1976 - long before they were collectable in the current way of things.

  As it has everything you would need to know for a full rebuild, it has a value to someone trying to do this without such.

  It covers models 1965 on, and was probably published in 1967, judging by an advertisement for '67 models inside the front cover. 736 cc.

  It isn't a coffee table item.

See pictures on link in this heading above. The picture is the actual tank for sale. You could use it straight as is, but I would give it a paintjob. Most of the paint is in very good condition. Right on top middle, some minor crackling and a bit dull. 80% of paintwork is fine and shows off the exact colour for proper matching and the exakt pinstripe where it should go.
