New Zealand is about 3.5 hrs by air, east from Brisbane in Australia. This trip in 2019 was our second trip in 2019 see also our first trip 25 Jan 2008.
This is our story about the second trip, a very special adventure 3.5 weeks February 2019, for 3.5 weeks, with ur best friends from Gefle MC Seniorer in Sweden.
They rented a V-Strom with panniers, which turned out to be quite capable for them and all luggage.
Like in 2008, , we gave most of city life a miss. We cruised along the coast and alpine passes across the islands.

South Island - the last day ride - Canterbury Region - Southern Alps - Arthur's Pass, and that is an Alpine Kea Parrot, they nibble bits on your bike and luggage. Cheeky.
